Families Celebrate the Holidays at Acre

 

Saturday December 19th, Acre Family Child Care Early Educators and Staff hosted the children and families that are part of the Acre System of Child Care. Over 75 parents, children, educators, and staff enjoyed music, dancing, activities, and food at St. Anne's Church Hall.

Among the many activities, children had their pictures taken in front of a holiday scene and then made their own frames in between dancing and face painting. Early Educator Amana Delsico and the children in her care treated the group to a spirited dance performance.

This event was started by a group of Acre Early Educators three years ago. Early Educators organize, plan and set up the event for the families they have in care. It's another example of how Acre's Family Child Care providers go the extra mile for the families and children they work with.
The Holiday Party is one of our most well attended of the many family events that are part of Acre Family Child Care.
